Scandia’s traditional Finnish-style electric heater is a simple, proven workhorse that comes in eight sizes, from small home saunas up to 1,680 cu. ft. commercial rooms. A solid stone tray lets you pour water on the rocks without hitting the elements, and a built-in thermal cutout guards against overheating. You choose the voltage, the timer and where the thermostat sits, so it fits your room and your wiring.

Mike with Cedar Sense helped me get set up with an absolutely beautiful 6 person barrel sauna. We live in the mountains and opted for the iki wood heater and a big window to enjoy the view. The build construction was high quality. I had seen multiple other kits and barrel saunas and this one was over the top in being well made. We chose a metal roof due to the snow load as well. Mike delivered it and set it up perfectly on our back deck. The whole process was seamless and his communication was great. I would strongly recommend using Cedar Sense. Are rocks included?
Yes. Scandia includes sauna rocks with this heater.
208V or 240V?
Most homes have 240V. Many apartments and commercial buildings have 208V. Your electrician can tell you which you have.
60-minute or 24-hour timer?
The 60-minute timer is simple: turn it on and it runs up to an hour. The 24-hour timer lets you set it ahead, so the sauna is hot when you get home.
How long until it ships?
Lead times vary by model and season. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before it ships.
Will this heater fit my sauna?
Heaters are sized by the volume of the sauna room. Check the room size range in the specs above, or send us your sauna's inside dimensions and we'll confirm the right size.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Electric sauna heaters should be wired by a licensed electrician, and most need a dedicated 240V circuit. The exact breaker and wire size are in the specs and manual.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval. You can also save 4% by paying with check, ACH or wire.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
