The HUUM HIVE Wood 17 LS takes the classic wood sauna stove to a modern level of efficiency. A robust 1/5″ stainless flame tamer protects the hottest part of the stove, and a big stone load gives soft heat and long-lasting steam. This model is 17 kW with an extended firebox so you load wood from outside the sauna, for rooms from 283 to 565 cu. ft.

Harvia chimney parts fit this stove’s 115 mm flue. The WHP1500 goes straight up through a flat ceiling and roof. The barrel / flat roof kit is for barrel saunas and flat roofs.

Smoke pipe bridges the gap between the stove and the chimney. The adapter is only needed if you are hooking up to a 6 inch US chimney instead of a Harvia kit.

Mike with Cedar Sense helped me get set up with an absolutely beautiful 6 person barrel sauna. We live in the mountains and opted for the iki wood heater and a big window to enjoy the view. The build construction was high quality. I had seen multiple other kits and barrel saunas and this one was over the top in being well made. We chose a metal roof due to the snow load as well. What chimney works with this stove?
HUUM discontinued its own chimney kits, so we offer Harvia chimney kits, extensions and smoke pipe as options on this page. They fit the HIVE's 115 mm flue. Call us and we will help you pick the right setup for your ceiling or roof.
How long until it ships?
Lead times vary by model and season. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before it ships.
Will this heater fit my sauna?
Heaters are sized by the volume of the sauna room. Check the room size range in the specs above, or send us your sauna's inside dimensions and we'll confirm the right size.
Does a wood heater need electrical?
No. Wood-burning heaters need no power. You do need a proper chimney and the clearances listed in the manual.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval.
What about the warranty?
