Common questions
Fenix or Xenio?
Both have Wi-Fi. Fenix adds a glass touch screen and learns how your sauna heats. Xenio costs less.
Which Fenix do I need?
FX30 for Club, Spirit, Cilindro E and Virta heaters up to 6 kW single phase. FX45 for 8 kW and up, including Virta Pro. FX30C for Virta Combi.
Does it work with KIP W heaters?
KIP W heaters are matched with the Xenio CX170. Call us if you want to use Fenix with a KIP.
How long until it ships?
Lead times vary by model and season. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before it ships.
Will this heater fit my sauna?
Heaters are sized by the volume of the sauna room. Check the room size range in the specs above, or send us your sauna's inside dimensions and we'll confirm the right size.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Electric sauna heaters should be wired by a licensed electrician, and most need a dedicated 240V circuit. The exact breaker and wire size are in the specs and manual.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval. You can also save 4% by paying with check, ACH or wire.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
