Common questions
Does it have Wi-Fi?
Yes. All Xenio models here have Wi-Fi and work with the MyHarvia app.
Which Xenio do I need?
KIP W heaters use the CX170. Cilindro E, Spirit, Club and Virta heaters use the CX30 (up to 6 kW single phase) or CX45 (8 kW and up). Virta Combi heaters need the CX30C.
Can the panel go inside the sauna?
Yes. It is rated for use inside the sauna, or you can mount it outside.
How long until it ships?
Lead times vary by model and season. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before it ships.
Will this heater fit my sauna?
Heaters are sized by the volume of the sauna room. Check the room size range in the specs above, or send us your sauna's inside dimensions and we'll confirm the right size.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. Electric sauna heaters should be wired by a licensed electrician, and most need a dedicated 240V circuit. The exact breaker and wire size are in the specs and manual.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval. You can also save 4% by paying with check, ACH or wire.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
