Common questions
What is the difference between Low EMF, Ultra Low EMF and Near Zero EMF?
They describe how much electromagnetic field the heaters give off. Low EMF is 5 to 10 mG, Ultra Low (Elite) is 3 to 5 mG, and Near Zero is under 3 mG, measured a few inches from the panels.
What power does it need?
120V/15amp Non GFCI plug & play (Recommended Dedicated Outlet).
How hot does an infrared sauna get?
Most people enjoy 118°F to 132°F, and it can reach about 140°F. Infrared feels warmer than the air temperature suggests because it heats you directly.
What is full spectrum infrared?
It combines near, mid and far infrared. Far infrared gives deep warmth, while near infrared is used for skin and recovery. Many people like the mix.
How long until it ships?
This sauna usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before delivery.
What electrical does it need?
It depends on the model, so check the electrical line in the specs above. Some plug into a standard household outlet, while larger saunas need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
Is it hard to put together?
Indoor saunas ship as panels and most owners assemble them with a helper. We can also assemble it for you. Call or text 218-760-2041 for a price.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval. You can also save 4% by paying with check, ACH or wire.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
