They are designed as two modes. Use infrared for lower-temperature sessions (118°F to 132°F) or the stove for traditional heat (170°F to 185°F).
What power does it need?
240V / 30AMP (Stove & Full Spectrum). A licensed electrician should do the wiring.
What is full spectrum infrared?
It combines near, mid and far infrared for deep warmth and recovery.
How long until it ships?
This sauna usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before delivery.
What electrical does it need?
It depends on the model, so check the electrical line in the specs above. Some plug into a standard household outlet, while larger saunas need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
Is it hard to put together?
