Shipping & Delivery Terms

Flat-Rate Shipping – $950 Nationwide
All MandeSpa outdoor saunas ship anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat $950 per unit. This rate covers packaging, handling, and curbside delivery with liftgate service—no hidden fees, no surprises.

Delivery Schedule & Method

• Deliveries are made by appointment, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

• Curbside delivery with liftgate service is included in the flat-rate shipping fee.

• White glove delivery and in-home placement are not offered.

Shipping & Packaging Details

• Each sauna is shipped unassembled in a secure OSB flat-pack crate mounted on a skid.

• Crate dimensions and weight vary by model; please review product specifications to plan ahead.

• A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is on the way.

What You Need to Know

• Curbside drop-off is standard. Moving the sauna from curbside to its installation location is the customer’s responsibility.

• Some parts may be heavy; we recommend arranging extra help or equipment to assist with transport.

• A comprehensive assembly guide is included with each order to assist with setup.

Each MandeSpa sauna is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use. This warranty ensures long-term durability, reliability, and confidence in your investment.

🔥 Harvia Heater Warranty – 1 Year

All Harvia heaters (included with or added to your sauna package) are protected by a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. This covers any manufacturing defects and provides support through Harvia’s trusted network of service providers.

If you ever experience an issue or need support with your sauna or heater, Cedar Sense is here to help coordinate with the manufacturer and ensure a smooth resolution.

Returns, Cancellations & Damage Policy

We understand that purchasing a sauna is a big decision, and we want to make sure you feel confident every step of the way. Please review our return and cancellation terms carefully:

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full 100% refund.

• Orders canceled more than 24 hours but at least 7 days before the scheduled ship date will incur a 20% restocking fee (this may be reduced if you place a replacement order).

• Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled ship date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Orders canceled after shipment will be subject to return shipping costs plus a 50% restocking fee.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the sauna kit remains unopened and in original condition.

• A 50% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply to all eligible returns.

• All heater and accessory sales are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued only after inspection of returned products.

Shipping Damage

• If your order arrives with visible damage, you must note it as “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

• All damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for review.

• We strongly recommend photographing any visible damage before unboxing.
