Common questions
Is a heater included?
No. Pick a heater sized to the room, or ask us to match one. Auroom's heater recommendations are linked above.
How long does assembly take?
Most Auroom indoor kits go together in an afternoon to a day with two people, using the step-by-step manual.
What electrical work is needed?
A dedicated 240V circuit for the heater, sized to the heater, plus power for the LED lights. A licensed electrician should make the connections.
What does left or right mean?
It's the side the door hinges on. Pick the one that fits your room, and the heater and controls go on the matching side.
Glass front or wood front?
The glass front makes the room feel bigger and brighter. The Libera Wood has a solid wooden front for more privacy.
How long until it ships?
This sauna usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before delivery.
What electrical does it need?
It depends on the model, so check the electrical line in the specs above. Some plug into a standard household outlet, while larger saunas need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
Is it hard to put together?
Indoor saunas ship as panels and most owners assemble them with a helper. We can also assemble it for you. Call or text 218-760-2041 for a price.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
