Flat-Rate Freight (Boards up to 8' in Length)
Wooden materials up to 8' in length qualify for flat-rate freight shipping within the contiguous United States. Board quantity, profile, weight, and order composition determine whether your shipment travels via ground service or LTL freight.
- Under 40 boards: Typically ships via FedEx Ground, securely packaged in reinforced cardboard.
- 40+ boards: Typically ships LTL freight with liftgate service, secured on a custom wooden pallet or skid.
- The longest board in your order determines the flat-rate freight category.
Flat-Rate Freight Pricing (Wood-Only Orders)
Note: Some remote or hard-to-access delivery locations may not qualify for flat-rate pricing. We strongly recommend discussing delivery logistics in advance for rural or restricted areas.

- All wooden materials are packaged with the intention of arriving safely at the lowest possible freight cost.
- Boards longer than 8' may incur significant freight surcharges due to carrier handling limitations.
- Combining lumber orders with sauna heaters, doors, or accessories often helps offset transportation costs.
Combination Orders
Wood orders often include sauna heaters, doors, or accessories. Each order is evaluated individually to determine the safest and most efficient packaging method. In many cases, combining multiple items into one shipment can result in freight cost efficiencies.
Some items may ship on a secondary pallet or skid to make unloading easier upon delivery.
Delivery Expectations
Due to weight and packaging requirements, most lumber shipments require scheduled delivery by appointment. Deliveries are curbside only; the driver is not responsible for moving materials beyond the drop-off location.
