Common questions
What's the difference between the three heater options?
All three are the same cabin. Low EMF uses far infrared carbon heaters, the far infrared upgrade improves the heaters, and full spectrum adds near-infrared elements for the widest range of infrared.
How long until it ships?
This sauna usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks. We confirm the timeline when you order and contact you before delivery.
What electrical does it need?
It depends on the model, so check the electrical line in the specs above. Some plug into a standard household outlet, while larger saunas need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
Is it hard to put together?
Indoor saunas ship as panels and most owners assemble them with a helper. We can also assemble it for you. Call or text 218-760-2041 for a price.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna at checkout to split your order into monthly payments, subject to approval.
What about the warranty?
It's covered by the manufacturer's warranty. You don't have to deal with the brand yourself. Call us and we handle the claim for you.
