What is the cost of Contrast Therapy?
Book a free consultation to find out what our pricing is but first have in your head what you think this would be worth to your business (or home).
What is included in the package?
You receive an installed cold plunge tank, 2-person steam sauna, $2,000 in branded merchandise (robes, towels, tumblers, slippers, etc), and custom signage. A 2-year warranty on the cold plunge and sauna is also included.
How long does it take to set up and install?
The lead time is 8-12 weeks after full payment is received. We handle all installation to ensure a hassle-free experience. We give this time in case contracting is needed for room.
How can gyms or spas monetize this treatment?
Charge for 30-minute sessions or offer a membership upgrade for unlimited use. We recommend offering the first session for free to attract new clients.
Can you help with room build-out?
Yes, we offer optional contractor assistance to build out the treatment room. Costs vary based on your facility’s unique requirements.
Can we purchase the sauna and cold plunge and install ourselves?
We can look into pricing for this but our warranty could not be included due to us not knowing if it was installed properly.
How often do we change the cold plunge water?
We recommend that the water gets changed weekly. We suggest that an employee takes 1-2 hours out of the week to do this and maintain a weekly maintenance routine that we will walk you through.
How is the water drained from the cold plunge?
It is a gravity drain where you hook a hose up to and drain into a regular drain (shower, etc). We suggest this is done once a week during a dead-time of the gym or spa.
Do we have to do 30-minute sessions?
30-minute sessions are only what we suggest off of our research of what has been working. You can block the times out in any way you think would fit your business the best.
Can we get a bigger sauna?
You can upgrade your sauna to a larger one. you can also purchase a second cold plunge also if you’d like to have 2 rooms or offer 2-person sessions. We are set up with our pricing for 1 cold plunge and 1 2-peerson steam sauna.
Can we use a infrared sauna instead of a steam sauna?
Yes. We suggest a steam sauna because they omit more heat but we can switch to an infrared too but pricing could change.
