- The sauna is shipped on a wooden pallet and requires a loading dock, forklift, or another safe method to unload at your location.
- The shipping carrier will contact you 1–2 days prior to delivery to schedule the drop-off.
- Cedar Sense will notify you 1–2 weeks in advance with tracking details and shipping information.
Full Professional Delivery & Build (We Handle Everything):
If you choose our professional delivery and installation service, you don’t have to worry about unloading or logistics. Our team brings the sauna directly to your site, handles all off-loading, and builds it for you on-site.
