American Made Cedar Log Yard Swings

Our log swings are made from Northern White Cedar, which is naturally resistant to decay and insects. Imported swings made from Chinese Fir, are not as strong and durable as swings made from cedar.

The comfort of this swing is astounding. Once you sit in one of our products with its specially designed contoured seat slats, you will be amazed. The slats are cut from logs and processed to contour the shape and round the ends, creating the most comfortable seating area. Therefore, our customers can save money by not having to buy cushions.

Our swings are attached to the A-frame using stabilizing logs.  To ensure that the swing stays at the perfect tilt for maximum comfort and safety, stabilizing bars are put into place to prevent the swing from flipping backwards should children swing too hard.

Our swings are shipped boxed and partially assembled.

This style weighs 145 lbs, not 100 lbs or less like others. Lightweight isn’t always best.

Our swing can be finished with a quality penetrating exterior finish, or left alone to weather to a silvery gray color.

Many or most of the logs will have cracks.

These cracks are called checks.

Checking occurs when the logs dry and the cells shrink causing the wood to split.

This does not weaken the wood.

This product is guaranteed to perform free or manufacturing defects for 1 year after the date of purchase.

Your new log furniture will arrive in satisfactory condition, free of manufacturing defects.

• Any problems with the delivery, such as shortages, quality problems or damages other than received in shipping must be reported within 14 days to 800-427-5136.
• Concealed damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Representatives of Cedar Sense will determine the proper handling of any claim according to the nature of the problem. One of the following methods will be used:

• Item replacement.
• Item returned for inspection, with credit determined by the inspection.
• Issuing an order to destroy for proper credit allowance.

Should for other reasons, our cedar log furniture products fail to live up their consumer warranty, Cedar Sense will provide any necessary components, free of charge, to repair a nonfunctional unit for the end user.
