Each sauna is built to order in our Northern Minnesota workshop with an 8–10 week production lead time. Saunas ship fully assembled via dedicated white-glove freight, scheduled in advance by our logistics team.

Shipping is priced by destination — your final freight quote is confirmed at checkout based on delivery location.

Return any sauna within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return freight. Damage in transit is covered in full — simply notify us within 48 hours.

For many areas in the upper Midwest, we can either provide installation/assembly options or connect you with trusted partners. In other regions, most of our saunas arrive as kits designed for a handy homeowner or local contractor. Contact us to discuss installation options in your area.

Wood-fired stoves give you a traditional, off-grid feel with a softer, “campfire” style heat and crackling ambiance. Electric stoves are cleaner, easier to control, and often available with Wi-Fi and timers.
