What is thermo-modified wood?
Thermo-modified wood (often called “thermowood”) is real wood that’s been enhanced using heat, steam, and pressure
— with no added chemicals. The process changes the wood at a structural level, making it more stable and
less reactive to moisture over time.

About This Delivery (What to Expect)
The weight and packaging of this sauna requires delivery by special appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is
encased in wood for solid protection. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery only and will lower
the items to ground level (excludes rooms over 90" wide).
Prior to shipping, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any delivery circumstances that may
complicate transportation timelines or cause additional delivery expenses. Our goal is to ensure your project’s success.

Warranty coverage (plain-English summary)
The warranty covers defects caused by the manufacturer (materials or workmanship) that prevent the product from being used as intended.
The manufacturer determines the method of remedy (repair, replacement, or reimbursement by prior agreement).
- Warranty period (consumer): 2 years from delivery, with a cap related to the product’s manufacturing date.
- Replacements/repairs: replacement and repaired defects carry their own warranty timing per the warranty terms.
- Equipment inside/with the sauna: covered by the equipment manufacturer’s warranties (brokered through the manufacturer).
What’s not covered
Like most premium product warranties, coverage excludes improper installation, misuse, storage damage, and natural wood behavior.
- Installation, use, or maintenance not performed according to instructions.
- Damage during installation or use, or damage from non-approved components/equipment.
- Natural wear and tear.
- Normal wood characteristics (grain, knots, slight tone variation) and natural movement (shrink/expand), including moderate deformation.
- Defects (including transport damage) that should have been seen by visual inspection before installation.
- Force majeure / extraordinary events (e.g., fire, flood, vandalism).
How to submit a warranty claim
- Stop using the product once a defect is discovered, then submit a claim to the seller.
- If the seller can’t be reached or doesn’t respond, the claim may be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
- Timing matters: the customer must notify within 2 months of becoming aware of the defect (per warranty terms).
- Include: customer name, product location address, contact info, product code/name (and serial if available), delivery/sale date (if known), defect description, preferred remedy.
- Attach: proof of delivery/sale date + clear photos (wide + close-up) showing the defect.
- The manufacturer responds as soon as possible, generally within two weeks of receipt (per warranty terms).
