How Ordering, Shipping,
& Delivery Works

Lead Time for the Silver Star is 3-4 Weeks once payment is made.

1. Call for Shipping Quote – We encourage to give Cedar Sense a call at 218-760-2041 so we can discuss delivery quote.
   (Saunas are made in Washington state so further out from WA = higher shipping cost.  Capped at $3000)
2. After You Order – Once Cold Creek order is made, we establish shipping cost.
   Customer is responsible for hiring contractor to unload, set in place, and hook-up electricity.
   (We can assist in certain areas and will answer any questions the contractor will have.)
3. Payment Options & Discounts – Payment can be made through website, email link, ACH, check-by-mail, or wire transfer.
   (If client decides to use ACH, check-by-mail, or wire transfer then we will discount $5oo OFF.)
4. Delivery Timeline & Perks – Once payment has cleared we will contact you with ETA and you receive $250 in store credit for sauna accessories.
   (Most people use this for sauna buckets, sand timers, thermometers, sauna hats, cleaner kits, and more to enhance the sauna experience.)
5. Final Delivery & Set-Up – Sauna will be delivered exactly where you desire it to go and IT’S TIME TO START SWEATING!
